The Cato Technology Partner Program enables partners to build integrations with the Cato Platform, helping deliver enhanced value and capabilities to our mutual customers.
To ensure successful integrations, we ask partners to meet a few basic requirements:
- Clear customer demand – Integrations should address defined use cases from mutual customers.
- Technical ownership – Partners leading the integration should have the resources to build and maintain it.
- Development timeline – Partners are generally expected to complete development within 12 weeks after sandbox/API access is provided
- Technology partner agreement – Partners should have an executed Cato API Usage Agreement in place.
Below are the end-to-end steps for submitting and launching a new integration.
1. Apply
The Technology Partner Integration Application Form is required for every integration with the Cato platform. In case you haven’t submitted the technology partner application form for this integration, go to the Cato Tech Partner portal to access the form. Once the application form has been approved, please continue to the next steps.
2. Review Technical Documentation
Review Cato’s API documentation and integration guidelines to understand available APIs and plan your integration architecture.
3. Submit the Integration Scoping Form
Provide a detailed description of the integration by submitting the form in the Cato Tech Partner portal, including use cases, data flows, and proposed architecture.
4. Sandbox Access
After the scoping document is approved, Cato will provide sandbox/API access to support development and testing.
5. Develop the Integration
Build and test the integration using Cato APIs and documentation. Development typically takes up to 12 weeks.
6. Submit for Certification
Once development and testing are complete, submit the integration certification form here along with documentation and validation materials.
7. Publish on the Cato Integration Hub
After certification, the integration will be published on the Cato Integration Hub, making it available to customers.
